Epping Forest Murder Victim Named
A body found in Epping Forest has been named as 53-year-old Hidir Aksakal, also known as Boxer Cetin and Musa Yakut.
Police are investigation Mr Aksakal's murder after his body was uncovered, wrapped in plastic and partially buried, near Hollow Ponds on Wednesday, 9 September.
Police said that Mr Aksakal, a Turkish national, lived in Margate, Kent, but had close links to the Green Lanes area of Haringey having previously resided there.
He was last seen in Green Lanes in the early hours of Monday, 17 August. It is not yet known how long Mr Aksakal's body was in the forest.
Heavy Rain Weather Warning Issued In Wales
A yellow warning for heavy rain has been issued across Wales.
The Met Office said that the south east, south west and mid and north east Wales are likely to be the most affected and the warning remains in place until Thursday morning.
The Met Office's chief forecaster said most parts of the warning area should see 15-30 mm of rain, but some could face 40-70 mm.
Flooding and travel disruption are possible.
Man Fined For Illegal Drone Flights
A man has been fined £1,800 for illegally flying drones over professional football matches and London landmarks.
42-year-old Nigel Wilson, of Rockingham Grove, Bingham, Nottingham, pleaded guilty to a total of seven offences contrary to sections 166 and 167 of the Air Navigation Order 2009, having already pleaded guilty to two offences at a previous hearing on 7 May. He was sentenced to pay a fine of £1,800 and to pay £600 in costs.
A Criminal Behaviour Order was also issued, with conditions that he is not allowed to purchase, own or fly any drones nor assist any other person in using drones for the next two years.
Wilson illegally flew his unmanned 'drone' aircraft over various football stadia across England and buildings in central London, where he either had no direct sight of the craft, flew the craft over congested areas, or where the craft was flying within 50 metres of the buildings – all offences under the Air Navigation Order, 2009.

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has released a warning on the safe use of drone hobby aircraft. The launch of the 'Dronecode' by the CAA in conjunction with NATS and pilots union, BALPA, is due to a number of increased 'near miss' incidents involving domestic air traffic.
