CCTV footage released of bus bomber
Police have released CCTV footage of the man they suspect of blowing up the Number 30 bus during last Thursday's terror attacks in London.
Poice have appealed for information on eighteen-year-old Hasib Hussain.
It is believed that up to 80 people were on the bus when it exploded and police are urging any passengers who have not already come forward to do so.
Two other suspects in the terror attacks have already been announced - twenty-two-year-old Shehzad Tanweer and thirty-year-old Mohammed Sadique Khan. All three are from the Leeds area and are British-born, although they are of Pakistani descent.
A fourth bomber has not been officially identified, but is believed to be Jamaican-born Lindsey Germaine from Buckinghamshire.
Mr Germaine lived in a house in Aylesbury which is being searched by police.
The search at the house began yesterday after it was linked with one of the cars found at Luton station, which were also believed to be connected with the attacks.
Controlled explosions were carried out on one of the vehicles, following the discovery of explosives, while another vehicle was towed to a storage facility in Leighton Buzzard for further examination.
It is understood that no arrests have been made and no explosives have been found at the Aylesbury property.
Residents in Lodge Lane in the Beeston area of Leeds have also had to be evacuated due to police searches. A controlled explosion has reportedly been carried out there.
Police are also understood to have found explosives at a property in Leeds during Tuesday’s raids.
A relative of one of the suspects was arrested in West Yorkshire following the raids on Tuesday and is still being detained by police.
Detectives are now searching for two men. One is believed to have masterminded the attacks and it is thought that he left the country the day before the attacks took place. He is believed to be in his thirties and of Pakistani origin. It is also thought that he may have connections to followers of al Qaeda in the US.
Another man, an Egyptian chemistry student, is also being sought by police. He reportedly disappeared from his home in Leeds before the attacks.
At least 53 people died and 700 were injured in last Thursday's bomb explosions on tube trains between Aldgate and Liverpool Street, King's Cross and Russell Square and Edgeware Road and on a bus in Tavistock Square.
