Suspected London bomber to be returned to UK
A British man wanted for questioning in connection with the failed London bomb attacks on July 21 is to be extradited to the UK within 35 days, an Italian court has ruled.
Osman Hussein (27) will appeal the decision to the Italian Supreme court, according to his lawyers.
Hussein, suspected of trying to blow himself up on a Tube train at Shepherd's Bush, was arrested in Rome a week after the failed attacks.
Hussein reportedly admitted taking part, but says he only intended to scare people, not to kill.
Three other men arrested in connection with the attacks, Ibrahim Muktar Said (27), Yassin Hassan Omar (24) and Ramzi Mohamed (23) are currently in custody charged with attempted murder and possessing explosives.
