Man held over Surrey murder
Police have arrested a man in connection with the murder of a woman in Surrey yesterday.
The body of Samantha Renfrew, 36, was found in her home in Frimley by her 12-tyear-old daughter when she returned home from school.
She had been stabbed several times with a knife, which police found at the scene.
A post-mortem examination is taking place today.
A 41-year-old man was arrested in Birmingham on Friday. He is being transferred to Surrey for questioning.
Earlier Surrey Police had said that they were keen to trace Mrs Renfrew's husband David, from whom she was separated.
Forensic examinations are taking place at Mrs Renfrew's home and at another location where her husband was living.
Relatives are looking after the couple's twelve-year-old daughter and ten-year-old son.

New Appeal Issued Over Ola Raji Murder
Police have issued a new appeal for information in the murder of Ola Raji on Tuesday, 21 April 2015. The 21-year-old was found in Surrey Grove, Peckham at 22:30, by police responding to reports of gunshots. Mr Raji had been stabbed and shot. He died shortly after arriving at hospital.

Search launched for 'dangerous' man
A manhunt has been launched for a missing man in Surrey, who has been described as "potentially dangerous". Laszlo Varga, 68, was reported missing from a mental health community facility in Haven Drive, Epsom in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
