Third man arrested in constable killing case
Police investigating the murder of special constable Nisha Patel-Nasri have arrested a third man in connection with their inquiries.
A 35-year-old east London man has been taken into custody for questioing.
Two men were arrested in connection with the murder of Mrs Patel-Nasri earlier this week. A 37-year-old man from north London and a 41-year-old man from east London were arrested on Wednesday.
Mrs Patel-Nasri, 29, was stabbed outside her home in Wembley, north London on May 11.
It is thought that she may have heard noises outside her home and went to investigate. She was stabbed in the leg and bled to death.

The murder weapon, a kitchen knife from Mrs Patel-Nasri's kitchen which it is believed she carried outside with her, was recovered by police shortly after the attack. It was found to contain DNA from the special constable and that of her suspected attacker.
The motive for the attack on Mrs Patel-Nasri, who was a hairdresser as well as a part-time special constable, is still not known.
