Madeleine film to be shown at FA Cup final
A film appealing for information about missing British girl Madeleine McCann is to be screened at the FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium on Saturday.
The film, which has already been shown at the Uefa Cup final, will be shown at the match between Chelsea and Manchester United.
The film has been made to highlight the disappearance of the four-year-old, from Rothley, Leicestershire, who disappeared from her family's holiday apartment in Praia da Luz in the Algarve on May 3.
A website set up in order to gather information and collect donations for the McCann family has so received more than 50 million hits.
A chainmail email, started by Madeleine's aunt, Philomena McCann, is also being sent across Europe. The email includes four pictures of Madeleine and a contact number for Crimestoppers and it is hoped that it will be distributed worldwide.
A number of sports stars, including England football captain and Chelsea defender John Terry, Manchester United's Portuguese winger Cristiano Ronaldo and former England captain David Beckham, have made appeals for information about Madeleine.
England's cricket stars have also lent their support to the search for Madeleine. The members of the team wore yellow ribbons for Madeleine during their first Test match against the West Indies at Lord's this week.
A number of companies are also supporting the campaign to find Madeleine. Petrol stations including BP, Esso and Texaco, are distributing posters, while airport operator BAA is displaying posters in all its UK airports.
Vodafone, O2 and Telefonica are also running a mobile phone text campaign, while the Royal Bank of Scotland is overseeing the collection of cash donations.
Portuguese police have denied claims that their investigation is struggling and that they have no leads.
Briton Robert Murat, 33, is the only formal suspect. However, Portuguese police have admitted that they do not have enough evidence to make any arrests.
Madeleine's parents, Gerry and Kate McCann, have pledged to stay in Portugal until Madeleine is found.

Madeleine's parents visit holy shrine
The parents of missing British girl Madeleine McCann have made a pilgrimage to Portugal's holiest site to pray for the four-year-old's safe return. Gerry and Kate McCann travelled to Fatima, home of the Marian shrine, in what is expected to be the first of several visits across Europe in order to raise awareness of their daughter's abduction.

The father of missing British girl Madeleine McCann has returned to Portugal this morning following a brief visit to the UK. Gerry McCann rejoined his wife Kate and their two-year-old twins Sean and Amelie following the visit to the UK. On Tuesday, the couple told reporters that they would "travel wherever is necessary" in order to find Madeleine.

Sketches were made following a statement given by a British holidaymaker who stayed in the same resort as the McCanns in Portugal last year.
