Boy Bailed After Schoolgate Stabbing
A 14-year-old boy has been arrested after a girl, 13, was stabbed outside her school in southeast London.
The incident occurred outside the Sacred Heart School in Camberwell on Wednesday afternoon.
The gymslip victim sustained two minor stab injuries, one each to her chest and thigh, police said.
Officers believe a series of rows between two students regarding meeting after school hours led to the teenager being stabbed with a craft knife.
The boy who was released on bail is to await pending police enquiries.
The girl, who received stitches, was discharged from hospital later in the day.
