Inquiry After Man Stabbed In Brixton
Police have launched a murder inquiry after a 23-year-old man was fatally stabbed in Brixton. Officers were called at approximately 9pm on Friday 19 September following reports of a stabbing outside the Domino Club in Coldharbour Lane, Brixton. The London Ambulance Service attended and the man was taken to a south London hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival. The victim was Lucan Alistair Gordan, aged 23, from the West Norwood area of London. A post mortem revealed the man died from a stab wound to the neck.
Woman Injured After Boat Overturned
A woman has suffered serious head injuries after the boat she was in overturned, at Deganway Narrows, Conwy. Two passing vessels rescued the woman and another man on Sunday afternoon. An air ambulance then took the woman to hospital to Ysbyty Gwynned, Bangor. She was later transferred to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd and her condition has been described as 'stable'. The pair are from the Stoke area.

A man and woman have been killed in a road collision in North Lanarkshire, police have revealed. A 25-year-old man and an 18-year-old both died at the scene, following a collision on the A721 Kilncadzow Road in Carluke. The man was driving a Mitsubishi Lancer car, when it crashed into a Peugeot 106 vehicle that was travelling in the opposite direction. The 18-year-old was driving the Peugeot. There were no passengers in the cars.

One woman has died and two others have been injured in a stabbing in south London, Scotland Yard has confirmed. A 46-year-old woman was found at around 18:41 on Monday with a number of injuries, after police responded to a call at Redlands Way, Brixton.

Man Arrested After Brixton Double Shooting
A man has been arrested in south London in connection with the shooting of a man and woman. The man, said to be in his 60s, and a 59-year-old woman, were shot while trying to evict a tenant from a property in Brixton on Wednesday morning. It has been reported that police were called to Strathleven Road at around 09:50 on Wednesday.

Police investigating the discovery of a female torso in a suitcase at a property in Peterborough have identified the victim. The torso has been identified as Ramute Butkiene, a 42-year-old Lithuanian woman, who worked as an agency worker in the Peterborough area.

Police have revealed that the two females found dead in a flat in West Yorkshire were both teenagers and had been stabbed. The bodies of Samantha Sykes, 18, and Kimberly Frank, 17, were discovered in a flat in Barden Road, Eastmoor after police received a tip-off from another 19-year-old woman in Dover.

Man Who Threatened Woman With A Knife Shot Dead By Police
A man, who broke into a house in London and threatened a woman with a knife, has been shot dead by police. Officers attended an incident at a property in Islington at around 11pm on Thursday. It is believed that the man and woman knew each other. The woman was not harmed, however she is being treated for shock, according to the Metropolitan Police.
