Lib Dem Clegg Becomes A Father Again
The wife of Liberal Democrat Leader Nick Clegg has given birth to a boy, it has been announced.
The infant, named Miguel, arrived yesterday morning, and is the couple's third son.
Mr Clegg's wife Miriam Gonzalez Durantez is said to be doing well.
A spokesman for the family also confirmed the baby is "healthy and strong".
The 42-year-old MP is expected to take two weeks paternity leave, and will return to front-line politics in time for his party's spring conference on March 6.
Deputy Leader Vince Cable will stand in for the party leader in his absence.
Miriam is a former Middle East expert at the foreign office. Her father was a conservative senator in the Spanish parliament.
The pair met while studying at the College of Europe in Bruges and now live in south west London with sons Antonio, seven, and Alberto, four.

Lib Dem MP Says Working For Home Secretary Is Like 'Walking Through Mud'
Liberal Democrat MP Norman Baker has said that working for the Home Secretary Theresa May was a "constant battle" and like "walking through mud". Mr Baker made the comments as he resigned from his post as a Home Office minister. He added that he felt Theresa May considered that she was in a "Conservative government with a few Lib Dems in it".

UKIP Leader To Be Included In Televised Debate
Nigel Farage is understood to have been invited to take part in a televised debate ahead of the next general election. Three televised debates are planned. One will feature the Prime Minister and Labour leader Ed Miliband; another will see Lib Dem leader Nick Clegg joining the debate; and a fourth will also feature Mr Farage.

While campaigning in Edinburgh, the Prime Minister has said that he would be "heartbroken" if Scotland leaves the UK following the independence referendum on 18 September.
