Temporary Cover
At Staff Nursing we pride ourselves on providing only the best. All our staff are stringently recruited and interviewed by our Nurse Manager. Our Vacancy team aim to deliver a first class service and want you to feel secure in knowing that only the best will be offered the opportunity to work in your establishment.

Our Process

• Call or email your requests to your dedicated Vacancy Coordinator


• Details of shifts are then added to your account in our bespoke software system


• Our software system will suggest staff that are appropriately trained, compliant and available to cover your shifts


• Our vacancy team then contact the workers and strive to have your shifts filled within 20 minutes


• Regular updates are given to clients with customer satisfaction and honest communication essential to everything we do


• Once we have secured a worker, we will then contact you with their details and follow this up with an email confirming the shift


• We email you a staff profile which will give you details for the worker’s training, NMC/NISCC registration and a short biography on their experience


• Our system will send an email daily of all shifts that have been secured to you for the next 7 days ensuring there are no oversights
