Kilrea man shot in front of family
A 26-year-old man has been shot in front of his family in a paramilitary-style attack in County Londonderry.
The man is in hospital after being shot in both ankles by an armed gang of four men who forced their way into his Kilrea home on Monday, February 11.
Three of the men were armed with iron bars, the fourth with a gun. The man was hit over the head with an iron bar before he was shot in both ankles.
The victim's wife and two daughters, aged seven and 18-months-old, witnessed the attack.

Man Shot In County Down
A 28-year-old man has been shot in the leg in a gun attack in County Down. The man was getting out of his car at the Quays in Killyleagh at about 1.00am on Wednesday morning when a man approached him and shot him. The man is recovering in hospital where his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

Police have launched a murder investigation after a man was shot dead in west Belfast. The attack happened at a house in Glenwood Court, Poleglass, at around 8.15pm on Thursday, 20 October. He has been named locally as Joe Reilly, aged 43.

A man has been shot in both legs in Co Armagh. A group of men forced their way into a house in the Meadowbank area of Craigavon and dragged the victim outside and shot him in both legs. The incident happened on Thursday night. The 26-year-old man has is being treated in hospital. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.
