First DJs Announced For PlanetLove

Organisers of Planetlove have revealed the first DJs to play their 12th annual festival at Shane's Castle, Antrim, on Saturday 10 September.

German superstar ATB and recently reunited American duo Gabriel & Dresden are the first to be announced for this year's multi-arena gig, which will feature DJs, producers, and live performers from around the world.

The full line-up for this year's festival will be released on www.planetlovemusic.com in the coming weeks, but tickets are already on sale via www.ticketmaster.ie, and Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.

Debs Carter, Marketing Director of Beverage Brands, who sponsor Planetlove, said: "WKD is extremely pleased to be affiliated with Ireland's number 1 dance festival Planetlove. It is gearing up to be another exciting summer with this first line up announcement."

ATB, real name Andre Tanneberger, has been at the forefront of electronic music for over a decade. The DJ/producer shot to fame in 1999 with his hit single '9pm (Till I Come)'.

The track entered the UK charts at Number 1 and is accredited with being the first trance tune to top the charts.
Since then ATB has established himself as one of the busiest and most in-demand artists on the electronic music circuit.

US heavyweights Gabriel & Dresden have reunited and embarked on a sell-out world tour after three years of working as solo artists. The San Francisco based musicians became one of the most popular pairings in international dance music throughout the 2000s.

Continuously ranked in DJ Magazine's Top 100 DJ Poll, they have worked with some of the biggest names in pop and dance, including Madonna and Britney Spears.

ATB and Gabriel & Dresden are just two international acts performing at Planetlove on Saturday 10 September. The complete line-up will be announced on www.planetlovemusic.com within the next few weeks.
