Girl Attacked By Teenage Gang
A 14-year-old girl has been left in a distressed state after an assault by a group of teenagers in Londonderry.
Michaela McGillion was dragged by the hair and kicked in the back of the head on Strand Road at around 5pm on Saturday evening.
She was with three friends when she was jeered by a gang of youths.
The victim was left with bruising and a suspected fracture to her nose.
One of the female suspects is described as having long straight red hair and was wearing black tights.
Police are currently investigating the attack and are urging anyone with information to contact them.

Detectives from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force have made a significant drug seizure in Omagh. Officers searched a van in the Doogary Road area on Thursday morning, 21st November, and recovered a substantial quantity of suspected cocaine with an estimated street value of £750,000.

Arrests Made In Cannabis Find
Police have made a series of arrests following the discovery of cannabis plants worth £410,000. The find was made during a series of searches in the north, south and east of Belfast. The largest find was at a property in Hughenden Avenue, off the Antrim Road, were police valued cannabis plants at more than £330,000.

Appeal After PSNI Car Rammed In Newry Incident
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information and witnesses following an incident in which a patrol car was rammed in Newry on the evening of Tuesday, 14 November. At approximately 10.30pm it was reported to police that a heavily intoxicated man and woman were causing a disturbance at an address in the Ferryhill Road area.
