Farrans Scoop Engineering Award
Farrans have won the Engineers Ireland Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Award for large-sized companies.
The Engineers Ireland CPD Awards are the most prestigious Training Awards in Ireland and are for all industries, not just the construction industry. Many multi-national companies participate in the event.
"To win this award was excellent news but to win it within 1 year of achieving CPD Accreditation is absolutely tremendous news. Special thanks to Sean Bradley, Alex Anderson, Wendy Armstrong, Kevin McKeown and all of the rest of the Team who put together a wonderful submission and presentation.
"The winning of this award is further recognition of the progress made under the Farrans Advance Training Programme and the other initiatives such as LEAN Construction that we have implemented over the last two years," a company spokesman said.
The awards ceremony took place in October.
