Prince's Trust Boosted As Businesses Gain

Development during a recession has been the focus recently as a local businessman, Philip Bain from ShredBank has been criss-crossing the country speaking to groups of businesspeople and sharing his thoughts on how to grow their companies.

It has been a double boost as the income from this effort has all been going toward an ongoing challenge to raise £10,000 for the Prince's Trust by next January.

Now, ShredBank has secured Jim Eastwood, the TV 'Apprentice' competitor to speak at one of the forthcoming events.

Taking place on the 1st December in the Belfast campus of the University of Ulster, (York Street) it is anticipated that he will reveal many of the secrets of his selling techniques.

Mr Eastwood, (pictured) a University of Ulster graduate - and a finalist in the last series - will talk about his experiences and deliver a sales seminar as part of the ShredBank 'Mind Your Business Series'.

Special member rate tickets are £20 - with all proceeds to the charity - and are available through ShredBank email kate@shredbank.co.uk, or phone 08006335599.

The event is divided into three sections kicking off at 5.30pm on Networking, with 'Jedi Jim' Eastwood's one-hour presentation at 6pm, followed by a Q&A session at 7pm, to finish at 7.30pm.
