Lithuanian Man Wanted On Arrest Warrant

Police believe a Lithuanian man who is wanted on a European Arrest Warrant for murder may be living in Northern Ireland.

Giedrius Dubosas, 36, is wanted in relation to the murder of a man in his native country in 2005.

It is thought Mr Dubosas may be living in counties Armagh and Tyrone or in County Monaghan.

He is 6 ft 5in tall, weighs around 15 stone and has green eyes.

Teenager Charged Over Petrol Bomb

A teenager is to go on trial at Londonderry Crown Court on charges of possessing and throwing a petrol bomb.

19-year-old Conor McToal from Whitethorn Drive in L’Derry has denied the charges, which include throwing the petrol bomb at police officers at Currynierin in August last year.

He has been released on continuing bail and his trial has been fixed for 10 April.

Pipe Bomb Found Near School

A pipe bomb has been found near to Forthriver Primary School in north Belfast.

It was found in a lane near the primary school on Thursday afternoon by a member of the public.

Man Arrested In Flag Protest Searches

A man has been charged with possessing a firearm, possessing ammunition and dishonesty using electricity following searches in relation to the flags protest.

Police searched the house of the 43-year-old man in Newtownabbey.

He will appear before Belfast Magistrates Court on Friday.

A 45-year-old woman and 24-year-old man were arrested but have been released pending further inquiries.

Man Charged Over Petrol Bomb Attack
The man charged with the petrol bomb attack in Antrim is expected to appear in court tomorrow. The 31-year-old male is due at Antrim magistrates court and is charged with a number of offences, including possession of a petrol bomb, according to police. The incident occurred at 10.10pm on Sunday night in the Dromain Drive area of the town.

Man Charged Over Bomb Hoax at Primary School In Ballymena
A man has been charged after a bomb hoax at a primary school in Ballymena. An investigation was launched after Harryville Primary School on Casement Street received a bomb warning on Tuesday, 10 October. A search was carried out at the school. A 60-year-old man was arrested and charged with "communicating false information causing bomb hoax".

Two Arrests Made In Connection With Death Of Elderly Man In Dromore
A 54-year-old man has been arrested in suspicion of murder in connection with the death of an elderly man on 30 June in County Tyrone. The 84-year-old man was found dead at an address in Blackwater Road, Dromore. Police investigating the death made two arrests on Tuesday.

Two Men Arrested Over Attempted Murder Of PSNI Officers
Two men have been arrested in Dublin in connection with the attempted murder of a two PSNI officers. The suspects, aged 29 and 32, have been detained under a European Arrest Warrant. The arrests were in connection with a bomb discovered attached to a police officer's vehicle in L'Derry in June 2015.
