Belfast firm secures £2m Contact Centre contract
Belfast-based Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) specialist Lagan has secured a £2 million contract with a Customer Contact Centre in Stockport.
The deal, which is through Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, involves implementing the company's Frontline system which will improve service delivery to the borough’s 290,000 residents.
In addition to the CRM strategy being implemented at the Council, Lagan is providing the ICT, Contact Centre, and service-based employees with skills transfer and training. This will help the Council to become self-sufficient and carry out further customisation and other work itself using Lagan's FrontLine technology.
Commenting on the deal, Des Speed, Managing Director of Lagan, said: “We have been very impressed by the degree of commitment to this project shown by Stockport Council Members and employees, and are delighted to be working with them to help re-engineer and improve the delivery of services to the citizens of Stockport."
The implementation of Frontline is also set to increase employee capacity from 30 to 100 over the next two years.
