Security Alert In South Belfast Ends
A security alert near a primary school in south Belfast has ended.
Pupils from Belvoir Park Primary School did not return to the premises after it was evacuated, however the roads have been re-opened in the area.
Army bomb experts carried out tests on objects found at a bus stop on Belvoir Drive. They are believed to be electrical components which ere not viable.
Alliance South Belfast MLA Anna Lo has expressed her disgust at what happened.
Anna Lo MLA said: "I am disgusted that such young school children have had to be evacuated in this bomb alert. I am sure that this has been a frightening experience for them.
"If anybody has any information about this incident then I would urge them to contact the police."

Heavy Snow Closes Over 80 Schools
Over 80 schools across Northern Ireland have been closed as the heavy snow continues to cause disruption on Tuesday morning. The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning, as the snow is continuing to affect many roads. Areas which have been majorly disrupted include Lisburn, Castlereagh and Carryduff.

Primary School Closed During Security Alert In South Belfast
A primary school has been forced to close following a security alert in south Belfast. Police and army bomb disposal experts are currently at the scene. Finaghy Primary School has been closed to all pupils and staff. There are no further details at this stage.

School Closed And Homes Evacuated As Belfast Bomb Alert Continues
A Belfast primary school remains closed today, Tuesday 11 December, and many west Belfast residents have been evacuated from their homes due to an ongoing security alert. A "signifiant number" of houses were evacuated as police closed off Upper Dunmurry Lane.

Residents Evacuated In North Belfast Alert
Residents have been forced to evacuate their homes in north Belfast following a report of a suspicious object in the area. The homes in Clifton Crescent were evacuated after the report of an object in the area on Monday afternoon. An army bomb squad has been tasked to the scene and the area has been closed to traffic.
