Residents Evacuated In North Belfast Alert
Residents have been forced to evacuate their homes in north Belfast following a report of a suspicious object in the area.
The homes in Clifton Crescent were evacuated after the report of an object in the area on Monday afternoon.
An army bomb squad has been tasked to the scene and the area has been closed to traffic.
There are no further details at this stage.

A number of homes have been evacuated following the discovery of a suspicious object in Coleraine. The object was found in the Brook Street area today, 05 May. Police are at the scene and the street has been closed. No further details have been released.

Residents have been evacuated from their homes during a security alert in north Belfast. A suspicious object was discovered in the Atlantic Avenue area this morning, 25 August. Police and army bomb experts are currently at the scene. The road has been closed and motorists are being advised to avoid the area.

The object was found in the Slieveban Avenue area of Andersontown at 11.30am on Wednesday 07 November. No main roads have been affected by the security alert.
