Deloitte To Create 177 New Jobs
Enterprise Minister Arlene Foster has announced that Deloitte LLP is to create 177 new jobs at its Belfast Technology Studio.
Deloitte LLP is part of the Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL), which delivers professional business services to the UK and European markets. Invest Northern Ireland has offered over £1.2million of support towards the investment.
Speaking at the Deloitte offices in Belfast, Arlene Foster said: "Deloitte is one of the top four global consultancy companies in the world so this is an important and prestigious investment for Northern Ireland. This commitment by Deloitte to its Technology Studio and the creation of 177 new, high quality jobs is proof of Northern Ireland's growing reputation for excellence in technology and the wider ICT sector.
"These jobs will deliver over £6million annually in salaries and will provide employment opportunities for new and experienced graduates, not only from ICT disciplines but from analytical backgrounds such as science, technology, engineering or maths. This is further evidence that Invest Northern Ireland’s inward investment strategy is working and that this region is competing strongly with other global locations for high value projects."
