Woman Charged With Murder Of Toddler
A 27-year-old woman arrested over the death of a three-year-old boy in Lisburn has been charged with his murder.
Brendan Owens was found dead on 4 July at a property in Trinity Terrace, Lisburn.
A post-mortem examination was carried out on the infant at the time, but it is understood the results were inconclusive.
On Thursday, a 51-year-old man was also arrested over the boy's death. He was later released on police bail pending further enquiries.
The woman is expected to appear at Lisburn Magistrates' Court today (Friday).

Heavy Snow Closes Over 80 Schools
Over 80 schools across Northern Ireland have been closed as the heavy snow continues to cause disruption on Tuesday morning. The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning, as the snow is continuing to affect many roads. Areas which have been majorly disrupted include Lisburn, Castlereagh and Carryduff.

Roads death toll rises after Co Antrim crash
A man has died following a serious road accident on the Glenavy Road in Co Antrim. The accident involved a car and lorry on Wednesday afternoon. The road was closed for a time and traffic was diverted from the area. Police investigating the collision are appealing for any witnesses to contact them at Lisburn station on 028 9266 5212.

Woman Arrested Over Lisburn Murder
Detectives investigating the murder of a man at his home in Lisburn have made an arrest. A 33 year-old woman was apprehended on Wednesday 06 November and taken to Musgrave police station for questioning. She has since been released on bail pending further enquiries.

Woman Found Unconscious On Co Down Road
A woman has been found unconscious on a road in County Down. The woman, aged in her 50s, was discovered on the Sheepland Road at around 4.30am on Sunday. She was taken to hospital where she is believed to be in a serious condition.
