One Person Killed In Serious RTC
Police have said that one person has died following a serious road traffic collision in Co Tyrone.
Five people - three men and two women - were taken to hospital following the incident.
The two vehicle collision happened near Strabane, on the main road from Sion Mills to Victoria Bridge, just before 11am on Wednesday morning.
Four fire appliances were dispatched to the scene along with paramedics.
A spokesperson for the Western Health and Social Care Trust is quoted as saying: "Altnagelvin Hospital's emergency department is dealing with a small number of patients with complex needs.
"We would ask that the public only visit Altnagelvin's emergency department if absolutely necessary."
Diversions are currently in place at Victoria Bridge and on the Strabane side of Sion Mills. Police have asked people to avoid the area.

Blaze At Sion Mills Being Treated As Arson
A fire at a derelict building in Sion Mills near Strabane is being treated as arson. The Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) attended the scene at the empty Herdman's Mill just after 9pm on Sunday, 14 August. Firefighters from Strabane, L'Derry, Castlederg and Newtownstewart put out the blaze.

Police have launched an investigation after hundred of pounds worth of damage was caused in two break-ins at St Theresa's Church and a restaurant in Sion Mills, County Tyrone. The burglar targeted Restaurant 1861 at the historic Sion Stables some time between Saturday night and Sunday morning.

Appeal Issued For Missing Strabane Woman
Police are appealing for information to help trace missing Strabane woman Lesley McHugh. The 69-year-old was last in contract with her family at around 11pm on 06 January. She is described as being approximately 5ft 6inches tall, of slim build with brown hair. Searches are ongoing along the River Mourne into the River Foyle.
