Pair Arrested Over L'Derry Robbery
A 41-year-old woman and a 41-year-old man have been arrested following an armed robbery at a shop in the Great James Street area of L'Derry on the evening of Friday 10 January.
Shortly before 17:25 it was reported that a male and a female entered premises in the area armed with knives.
It is believed that a quantity of prescription drugs were taken.
Both persons were arrested by police at the Westland Street area of the city, where prescription drugs and knives were recovered.
Appeal Over W Belfast Shooting
Detectives in west Belfast are appealing for information following a shooting in the Andersonstown Park area on the evening of Friday 10 January.
At about 22:00, it is reported that two shots were fired at a car parked in the area, causing damage to the driver's door.
No-one was in the car at the time and no-one was injured in the incident.
Anyone with any information about this incident is asked to contact CID in Antrim Road on 0845 600 8000.
Magherafelt Drug Search And Arrests
Officers from Magherafelt Neighbourhood Policing Team in County L'Derry have uncovered and seized suspected herbal cannabis and cannabis resin during the search of a property in the Lough Road area on the evening of Saturday 11 January.
It is believed that the suspected drugs have an estimated value of at least £15,000.
A 38-year-old man and a 35-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of possession of a class B controlled drug and possession of a class B controlled drug with intent to supply.
The pair were later released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Body Found After Newry Fire
The body of a woman has been found following a fire at a house in Newry, County Down.
Police are treating the fire at Georges Lane as suspicious. The blaze was reported to officers just after 23:05 on Saturday.
The woman's body was found in the house.
Police have appealed for anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area, or who has any information, to contact them on 0845 600 8000.

Two arrested following police raids
Two men have been arrested following police searches in north Belfast. Two handguns, ammunition, drugs worth an estimated street value of £27,000, documents and around £17,000 in cash, were seized during the raids, which are believed to be linked to organised crime in the city.

A Newtownabbey man has been handed a custodial sentence for a series of drugs offences following police raids as part of a paramilitary probe. 49-year-old William Axon will serve two years imprisonment, half in custody and half on licence.

Third Teen Arrested Over Girl's Death
A third teenager has been arrested following the sudden death of a 15-year-old girl in Portadown. Caitlin White died in hospital after she fell unconscious in the Corcrain area on Saturday, 20 May. A 15-year-old boy was detained on Tuesday, 23 May.
