Poleglass Device Was 'Viable'
Police have said that a device found near a car in Poleglass in west Belfast was viable.
An earlier alert in the Colinbrook area could have been linked to three other viable devices that were discovered in Belfast on Wednesday.
The most recent discovery was alerted to police on Thursday evening.
Several homes were evacuated during the alert, but were allowed to return home at 03:00 on Friday morning.
Sinn Féin MLA Jennifer McCann said: "This morning we are seeing major disruption to the community in Colinbrook in Poleglass due to another device being left under a car.
"Families preparing to go to work and get their children ready for school have now been moved out of their homes due to this incident. The Sally Gardens Community Centre is now open to facilitate these families and I would commend the excellent work of the workers in this centre who are supporting their community.
"Myself and Councillor Stephen Magennis have visited the centre and people have expressed their anger at having been moved from their homes. I am calling on people who have any information to bring it forward so that we can remove these people from our community."
