Two Males Arrested In Connection With Dunmurry Carjacking

Two males have been arrested following a carjacking in Dunmurry on Saturday.

A 14-year-old and a 21-year-old have been released on bail after a woman was forced out of her car on the Pinehill Road at around 11am.

The car was later found burnt out at Manor Park in Lurgan.

Two men and two women were seen on the Hillhall Road moments before the attack happened, according to police.

One man is described as being of heavy build and wore a grey hoodie, the other was of slim build and wore a blue hoodie. The two women were of medium to large build.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

An off licence in north Belfast has been robbed by two males, one of whom was armed with a hammer. Police are appealing for information after the businesses on the Oldpark Road was targeted on Monday evening, 23 September. The men entered the off licence at around 9.

Woman 'Badly Shaken' After Armed Robbery In Newry
A woman has been left badly shaken following a robbery at her home in Newry. Two male youths, one armed with a knife, entered the house in Maryvale Road area at around 8pm on Saturday, 29 July. They demanded money and ransacked the house. The youths were describe as around 17-years old and spoke with a local accent.

Father and son injured during robbery
A father and son have been treated in hospital after they were injured during a robbery at their Monaghan Road home outside Armagh last night. Shortly after 8.30pm, three masked men who were armed with a seven-inch-long boning knife, handgun and sledgehammer entered the house while the father and son were watching television.
