Major Blaze Breaks Out At L'Derry Restaurant
A major blaze has broken out at a restaurant in L'Derry.
Fire crews are currently tackling the flames at the Mandarin Palace eatery in the Queens Quay area of the city.
Strand Road and the road between Queens Quay roundabout and Harbour Square roundabout are closed, police have confirmed.
Major traffic disruption is also being reported around the area.
It is not yet known if anyone has been injured.

Over 800 young people from schools in Lisburn and Castlereagh attended a hard-hitting road safety message at the PSNI Road Safe Roadshow on 19 November. The roadshow, supported by AXA Insurance and the Northern Ireland Road Safety Partnership, aims to educate young drivers about the dangers of irresponsible driving.

On Friday evening, November 22nd, a vehicle was intercepted and searched in the West Bank Road area of north Belfast.
