Suspicious Object Sparks Security Alert In Co Tyrone
A suspicious item thrown into a car has sparked a security alert in Co Tyrone.
The object in the vehicle was reported at Innisfree Gardens in Strabane approximately 8.15am on Wednesday.
A number of homes have been evacuated while army bomb disposal experts attend the scene.

Security Alert Ends In Co Tyrone
A suspicious object discovered in Strabane, Co Tyrone, has been found to be "nothing untoward". The object was found in the Evish Road area this morning, 27 May. Police attended the scene and the road has since been re-opened. Sinn Féin MLA Michaela Boyle condemned the incident and said it brought nothing but disruption to the town.

Emergency services and army bomb disposal experts attended the scene in the Cambridge Avenue area in Ballymena after the discovery sparked a security alert. Cambridge Avenue was closed and the object was declared to be a firework. The road has been re-opened.

On Twitter, the PSNI said: "Police are currently dealing with a security alert in the Moygashel area. "No roads are currently affected but some residents have been evacuated from their homes as a result of this.
