Welders Club To Be Transformed Into Western Saloon
The Welders Club in east Belfast is to be transformed into a western saloon during a Cowboys and Indians party organised by Dee Street Community Centre.
The event is a new twist on the centre's more regular tea dances, with country and western music, line dancing, finger food, and everyone encouraged to get on their boots, checked shirts and Stetsons for the day.
Tickets cost £3.00 per person and everyone, the young and slightly older, is welcome to attend the party on Tuesday, 29 September. The event is organised in partnership with Engage with Age.

A multi-million pound road development along the border has been boosted today with news of a decision on the route to be taken. NI Transport Minister Conor Murphy and his southern counterpart Minister Noel Dempsey announced the preferred route for the A5 Western Transport Corridor.

Entrepreneurial spirit thrives in west
Over 900 people attended Invest NI’s Western Start a Business show at the weekend, the agency has revealed. Patricia Devine of Invest NI’s Western Local Office said she was “delighted and very encouraged” by the interest displayed in entrepreneurship during Western Enterprise Week and the Western Start a Business Show in Omagh.
