Shots Fired Through Window In L'Derry

Shots have been fired through the window of a house in L'Derry.

A couple and their daughter were in the property at the time of the attack, which occurred in the Whitethorn Drive area at around 10.45pm on Thursday.

A number of shots were fired through the window and the occupants were not injured.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them at Strand Road on the non-emergency number 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Three Arrested in L'Derry For Drug Offences
Police in L'Derry have arrested three people and seized drugs worth an estimated £600. The arrests were made following a proactive policing operation in the city. On Monday, 18 November, officers observed suspicious behaviour from a 39-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman in the Strand Road area.

Shots Fired At House In Newtownards
The PSNI have issued an appeal for information following a report that shots were fired at a property in the Shackleton Walk area of Newtownards on Sunday 16th April. Detective Sergeant Bell said: "Shortly after 11:05pm, it was reported that two shots were fired at a first floor flat in the area.

Crumlin Hairdressers Damaged In Shooting
An investigation has been launched after shots were fired at a local business in Crumlin. The incident took place at around 1.40am this morning, 26 November, at a hairdressers shop on Main Street. A number of shots were fired through the front window of the shop, but no injuries were reported.
