Woman Released Over Murder Of James McDonagh
A woman arrested in connection with the murder of James McDonagh has been released on police bail.
Mr McDonagh, 28, from Castledawson, was assaulted outside the Elk Inn on the Hillhead Road in Toomebridge on Sunday, 10 January.
He later died from his injuries at the Royal Victoria Hospital.
The woman was arrested in the Banbridge area on Saturday morning and questioned at Lurgan Police Station.
Another man appeared in court last Thursday charged with his murder.

Detectives from the PSNI's Major Investigation Team have welcomed the sentence handed down to 32-year-old Joseph Joyce for the murder of John Paul McDonagh in Enniskillen two years ago. Mr McDonagh, who was 18 years old, died from an injury to his leg, after a verbal exchange escalated to a physical altercation.
