Conference Organisers To Receive Exclusive Preview Of Belfast Waterfront
Over 140 conference organisers, event planners and meeting professionals will receive an exclusive preview of the new look Belfast Waterfront.
The Waterfront is to officially reopen in May following a £29.5 million refurbishment.
Gerry Lennon, Chief Executive of Visit Belfast, Jenny Patterson, Revenue and Business Generation Manager with Belfast Waterfront, John McGrillen, Chief Executive of Tourism Northern Ireland, and the Lord Mayor of Belfast, Councillor Arder Carson will be attending on Thursday, 28 January.
With construction work now drawing to a close, guests have been invited to explore over 7,000m2 of flexible, purpose-built space, see firsthand how the extended facilities will cater for up to 5,000 guests at conferences, exhibitions and other events, and enjoy a sampling of local, drink and entertainment during the showcase, which has been organised by Belfast Waterfront, Tourism Northern Ireland and Visit Belfast.

According to to the Council, the city is reaping the rewards of a £1billion investment programme which has successfully revitalised, regenerated and renewed its tourism offering.
