A man is in hospital following a shooting incident in west Belfast on Friday morning, 06 May.
The shooting happened in the Distillery Court area.
The man's condition is unknown.
Police are currently in attendance at the scene.

PSNI Appeal For Information About West Belfast Shooting
The PSNI have appeal for witnesses to or any one with any information about a shooting incident in west Belfast on Wednesday night. A man was shot in the leg at Creeslough Gardens at around 21:30 on Wednesday night. It is understood that victim is in his 40s and his injuries are not life threatening.

Police Investigate Second West Belfast Shooting
Police are currently investigating the second shooting incident in west Belfast in one day. A man was shot once in the right leg at Turf Lodge, west Belfast at about 20:10 on Thursday evening. It is understood the 38-year-old was shot in an alleyway in the Ardmonagh Gardens area. He is currently being treated in hospital.

Man Arrested Over Paramilitary-Style Shooting In L'Derry
A man has been arrested in connection with a paramilitary-style shooting in Co L'Derry. A 33-year-old man was shot in the legs and abdomen in the Lisfannon Park area on Tuesday, 08 August. Police described the assault as "brutal and horrific". The 43-year-old suspect was detained in L'Derry on Tuesday, 15 August.

Man Released Over West Belfast Shooting
A 39-year-old man arrested over a shooting incident in west Belfast on Monday has been released unconditionally. The incident at around 7.40pm on the Springfield Road saw the victim chased by a gunman before being shot a number of times. The suspect made off along Kashmir Road, while the victim was left in critical condition in hospital.
