Firearms And Ammunition Stolen During Burglary In Co Antrim
Firearms, ammunition and a sum of cash has been stolen during a burglary in Larne, Co Antrim.
Thugs broke into the house in the Ballylesson Road area sometime between 1.50pm and 6pm on Thursday, 07 July.
Meanwhile, jewellery was also taken from another property in the area.
The burglary happened at a property in the Ballyvallagh Road area between 9.15am and 2.30pm on Thursday, 07 July.
Some of the jewellery had sentimental value.
Detective Constable Skillen said: "We are following a number of lines of enquiry in relation to these burglaries, including the possibility they may be linked. I would ask anyone with any information about these incidents to contact detectives at Larne Police Station on the non-emergency number 101. Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111."
