Stolen Digger Recovered In Enniskillen

A stolen digger has been recovered by police in Enniskillen.

The Sany digger, which is believed to have been taken from the Sligo area, was found by officers from the PSNI's Reactive and Organised Crime Branch near Maguiresbridge in the early hours of Tuesday morning, 15 November.

Detective Inspector Trevor Stevenson said: "This is another successful example of the public and police working together.

"The information received in the call was vital to us recovering this stolen digger, which is an expensive piece of machinery.

"I would ask anyone who knows anything about any criminality in their area to contact police on the non-emergency number 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
