Mrs Brown To Host New TV Show On BBC One
Comedy legend Mrs Brown is to host a new Saturday night TV show on BBC One.
All Round to Mrs Brown's will be presented by Agnes Brown, played by Brendan McCarroll, who is the star of the popular sitcom Mrs Brown's Boys.
Agnes is about to open the door of her very familiar family home, as mammy makes mischief with celebrity guests, surprise audience shenanigans and outrageous stunts, all in front of a live studio audience.
Mrs Brown's Boys creator, writer and star Mr O'Carroll said: "The entire cast is excited by this. I think Agnes may be worried that she'll need a bigger kettle to make tea for everyone that's coming round!"
All Round to Mrs Brown's is to be produced by Hungry Bear Media in conjunction with O'Carroll's production company BocPix. It was commissioned by Charlotte Moore, Director, BBC Content; Kate Phillips, Controller Entertainment Commissioning; and Alan Tyler, Commissioning Editor, BBC Entertainment.

Tributes have been paid to a former Coleraine mayor who passed away yesterday. Councillor Liz Johnston (pictured) was described as an "extraordinary woman". Mrs Johnson had served on the council as an Ulster Unionist member for 16 years.

Police in east Belfast have renewed an appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of 16-year-old Rosaleen Connors, who has been missing for two weeks. Rosaleen was last seen in the Sydenham Road area on Monday, 07 October, at approximately 9:30 pm.

Police have launched an urgent appeal for information as they attempt to locate a missing 15-year-old girl. Abbie Lowden was last seen at the Falls Park Festival at around 11.15pm on Thursday evening, 08 August. She is described as 4'11'' in height, of slim build, with tanned skin and long brown hair.
