Man Escapes Injury After Shots Fired At House In Co Antrim
A man has escaped injury following a shooting incident at a house in Co Antrim.
Two shots were fired at a house on the Bawnmore Drive area in Newtownabbey at around 8.45pm on Sunday, 05 February.
A man in his 30s was in the property at the time, however he was not injured.
Sinn Féin's Gerry Kelly said: "There can be no place for the use of guns on our streets.
"I would call on those responsible to stop these actions immediately.
"Anyone with information on this attack should bring it forward to the PSNI."

Man Injured After Shots Fired At House In Co Antrim
A man has been injured after shots were fired through the window of a property in Co Antrim. The incident happened at a house in the Moneyleck Park area in Rasharkin at around 10.20pm on Monday, 30 January. The man was treated for minor injuries and has been discharged from hospital. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Belfast Hotel Plan Dropped: Report
A government-supported plan to build a hotel in central Belfast has been scrapped, the BBC has reported. Back in 2007, the Department for Social Development appointed Tullymore House Ltd as preferred developer for Armagh House in the city’s Ormeau Avenue, with plans to convert the building into an upmarket hotel.
