Pensioner 'Badly Shaken' Following Burglary In North Belfast
Police have launched an investigation after a pensioner was left badly shaken following a burglary in north Belfast.
The incident happened at a property on Mounthill Walk shortly before noon on Thursday, 23 March.
Two men pushed passed a woman, aged in her 80s, to enter the house.
One man held the woman down while the other searched a bedroom.
The suspects stole her purse, which contained a small sum of money, and made off in a black-coloured Vauxhall Vectra in the direction of Nutts Corner.
The victim did not sustain any injuries, however she was left badly shaken.
One of the men is believed to be aged in his 40s and the other in his 20s.
Both of them spoke with southern accents.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Two men entered the woman's car while she was in it and physically took the car keys from her. She was badly shaken, however she was not injured.

Three men in court over carjacking
Three men were due to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court today in connection with the hijacking of a car on the outskirts of Belfast. A 19-year-old man and an 18-year-old man will be charged with hijacking, while a 21-year-old man will be charged with aiding and abetting the hijacking.

Shop Worker Attacked In L'Derry
Police are appealing for information after a shop worker was attacked and threatened in L'Derry. The incident happened at a shop on the Temple Road in Strathfoyle Village at around 9.30pm on Saturday, 14 July. The worker was hit on the head and threatened at knifepoint. Paramedics treated the victim at the scene.
