Pensioner Escapes Injury After Burglary In Armagh
Police have launched an investigation after a pensioner escaped injury following a burglary in Co Armagh.
The incident happened at a house in the Church Road area in Forkhill after 5pm on Sunday, 26 March.
Two men entered the property and spoke to the woman before searching through the house.
It is not believed anything was taken.
Both males are described as being aged in their 20s and around 5ft 9inches in height.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Belfast Hotel Plan Dropped: Report
A government-supported plan to build a hotel in central Belfast has been scrapped, the BBC has reported. Back in 2007, the Department for Social Development appointed Tullymore House Ltd as preferred developer for Armagh House in the city’s Ormeau Avenue, with plans to convert the building into an upmarket hotel.

City building to get £20m makeover
A disused building on Belfast’s Ormeau Avenue is to be transformed into an upmarket aparthotel, bar and grillroom. Social Development Minister Margaret Ritchie today announced that Nicholas and Paul Hill have been selected as the Department’s preferred developer for the former Armagh House building on Ormeau Avenue, Belfast.
