Man Attacked In North Belfast
A man has been injured in a paramilitary style attack in north Belfast.
The assault happened at his home in the Loughview Terrace area at around 10.20pm on Sunday, 30 July.
Four men wearing balaclavas broke the windows with metal bars and entered the house.
The victim escaped and fled towards the Shore Road, however the men caught up to him.
He was assaulted in the street and had to be treated in hospital, however his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Police described the attack as "brutal and horrific" and are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Man Attacked During Aggravated Burglary In South Belfast
A number of masked men attacked a 24-year-old man during an aggravated burglary in south Belfast. The assault happened at a property in the Malfin Drive area at around 10.10pm on Wednesday, 07 September. One man has been arrested and is being questioned at Musgrave Police Station. Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

A woman has been left with serious injuries in hospital after she was brutally attacked last weekend. Police said the female was walking in west Belfast early on Saturday 19 January when three unknown females carried out the unprovoked attack.

Police Appeal After Man Attacked In Co Antrim
Police are appealing for information after a man was attacked in Ballymena, Co Antrim. The assault happened in the North Road area at around 3.30am on Sunday, 29 January. A gang of four or five men attacked the victim, aged 37. He was taken to hospital where his condition has been described as "serious".

Two Men Attacked In South Belfast
Two men have been seriously injured after being attacked in south Belfast. The assault occurred in the Donegall Road area at around 9.30pm on Saturday. One of the men suffered a serious head injury and is currently in a critical condition in hospital.

Guns stolen in Co Antrim assault
Police are appealing for information after a gang assaulted a man and stole his guns in Co Antrim. The masked men forced their way into the man's home in Burnbrae in Bushmills at around 1.30am on Tuesday morning. They hit the man before tying his hands behind his back and escaping with three guns.
