Man Arrested Over 1990 Armagh Bomb Attack
A 55-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a bomb attack in Armagh in 1990 that killed three police officers and a nun.
The explosion happened on the Killylea Road on 24 July and claimed the lives of Constable William Hanson, Reserve Constable Joshua Willis and Reserve Constable David Sterrit and Sister Catherine Dunne.
Another woman was also seriously injured.
The suspect is being questioned on a number of offences.
He was detained in Armagh on Tuesday, 08 August.

Murder inquiry launched following south Armagh shooting
The police have begun a murder inquiry folowing the death of a 27-year-old man who was shot in the legs in south Armagh. A 35-year-old man was also shot and is in hospital in a critical condition. He is being treated for gunshot wounds to his left leg. It is understood that the attack happened at around 8.

PSNI 'Consider Omagh Retrial'
The PSNI are examining the possibility of a retrial of a South Armagh man originally cleared of involvement in the Omagh bombing. South Armagh man Sean Hoey was cleared of murdering of 29 people in Omagh, at the end of his trial in December 2007, which failed to secure any convictions against those charged with the devastating attack.

Woman Beaten While Walking To Her Car In Portadown
A woman has been beaten on the head with a stick or bat while walking to her car in Portadown. The attack took place in the Lisnisky Lodge area of the County Armagh town at around 7am on Tuesday 18 December. The victim was struck from behind and fell to the ground.

More Arrests Over Quinn Killing
Three more men have been arrested in connection with the murder of south Armagh man Paul Quinn. The men from the Forkhill and Crossmaglen areas were arrested on Thursday morning. A number of items have also been removed for examination in what police said this afternoon is the second phase of a "targeted operation" in south Armagh.
