Yellow Weather Warning Issued For Heavy Rain In NI
The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for heavy rain across Northern Ireland.
The warning has been put in place from noon today, 20 September, until 8pm tonight.
A Met Office spokesperson said: "Rain will become heavy at times this afternoon and for a time this evening. Spray and flooding on roads could lead to difficult driving conditions and longer journey times. There is a lower likelihood of isolated property flooding.
"20-25 mm of rain may fall in some spots in less than 6 hours."
Motorists have also been warned to take extra care on the roads.

The Met Office said the rain could bring flooding issues and driving conditions may be difficult. Periods of snowfall are also expected over higher ground.
