Residents Urged To Stay Indoors Following Gas Leak
Firefighters have issued a warning for people to stay indoors following a gas leak.
Firmus gas workers and fire crews are attending the scene in the Lever Road area in Portstewart, Co L'Derry.
A 200metre cordon has been put up.
Residents in the area have been advised to close their windows and doors as a precaution.
The incident is ongoing.

Suspected gas leak given the all clear
Police have given the scene of a suspected gas leak in north Belfast, the all clear. Earlier today, Ambleside Street, in the Shankill area of the city and the surrounding areas between Tennant Street and Silvio Street were closed off after the incident was reported to police.

Major Gas Leak In Co Antrim
A number of homes had to be evacuated following a major gas leak in Co Antrim. The incident happened in the Stiles Way area at around 10pm on Thursday, 30 March. The Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service (NIFRS) attended the scene and local residents were advised to stay indoors and keep all their windows and doors closed.

Firmus Energy To Cut Gas Prices By Up To 10%
Firmus Energy is to reduce its domestic and business natural gas prices by up to 10% for customers in Northern Ireland. The announcement follows the completion of the recent review of prices of all the suppliers in Greater Belfast area and will come into effect on 05 October.

Residents Evacuated Following Suspected Gas Leak In L'Derry
Residents had to be evacuated from their homes following a suspected gas leak in L'Derry. The incident happened in the Spencer Road area close to the train station. 12 people had to be taken to hospital after suffering headaches, however no-one is believed to be seriously injured. The road was closed and the fire service carried out checks.

Armagh Road Closed Due To Gas Leak
A road in Armagh has been closed in both directions following reports of a gas leak. Police have advised motorists that the issue on the Newry Road is likely to continue for several hours. Diversions are in place at the PSNI station and the Cavanacaw Road. Drivers are advised to avoid the area if possible.
