Police Renew Appeal For Missing Woman Karen Lane

Police are becoming increasingly concerned for a woman who has been missing for over a week.

Karen Lane, aged 51, who speaks with a South African accent, was last seen in east Belfast on Monday, 23 October.

She is described as being 5ft 1inch in height, of slim build with long dark curly hair.

She was last seen wearing a pink jersey, black leggings, a large grey coat and pink glitter slippers.

The PSNI are appealing for anyone with information to contact them.

Body Of Missing Woman Found In East Belfast
The body of a woman, believed to be missing Karen Lane, has been found in east Belfast. The discovery was made on Sunday, 05 November, in the Templemore Avenue area. The 52-year-old had been missing since Monday, 23 October. The death is not being treated as suspicious.

Woman killed and man seriously injured in car crash
UPDATE: A 30-year-old woman was killed and a man severely injured in a car crash on the Newtownards to Dundonald road on Wednesday morning. The dead woman was later named on Thursday as Alison Karen McGimpsey, aged 30, from Milisle Road in Donaghadee. The man's condition was described as "serious".
