Man Killed In Quad Bike Accident
A man has died in a quad bike accident in Co Tyrone.
The man, believed to be in his 40s, was killed at the scene in the Plumbridge area just before 5pm on Thursday, 02 November.
Rapid response paramedics and an air ambulance attended the scene.
Sinn Féin MLA Declan McAleer said the community is in "shock".
He said: "I have spoken to local people and there is a palpable sense of shock.
"Plumbridge and the Glenelly Valley are close knit communities where everyone knows each other through farming, work and community activities.
"The precise details are still emerging. However, at this stage I want to extend my sympathy and condolences to the dead man's family at this tragic time."

Man Dies In Tyrone Farm Accident
The Health & Safety Executive (HSE) has launched an investigation after a man died in a farm accident in Co Tyrone. Emergency services were called to the farm in the Coolaghy Road area of Ardstraw on Sunday, 02 September. His death is not being treated as suspicious and a post-mortem is to be carried out.

The PSNI have appealed for witnesses to a fatal road crash involving a motorcycle and a car. The accident happened on the Monagh Road in Turf Lodge on Saturday. A 20-year-old man died in the collision. Police say that the death is the 57th fatality on NI roads so far this year. Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to contact police.

Man Dies In Farming Accident
A man, believed to be in his 80s, has died following a farming accident in Co Tyrone. He is thought to have been hit by a tractor on a farm in the Loughnamarve Road in Pomeroy. The Health and Safety Executive has confirmed it is investigating the incident. No further details have been released.
