Man Pleads Guilty To Manslaughter Of Body Discovered In Garage
A 36-year-old Lithuanian man has pleaded guilty to the manslaughter of a fellow Lithuanian, whose body was discovered in a garage in County Tyrone almost three years ago.
The body of 32-year-old Gediminas Stauskas was found in a garage at Moor Road, near Coalisland on 15 October, 2015.
According to a report by the BBC, Darius Sikorskas admitted the manslaughter of Mr Stauskas, causing grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of a firearm.
Two other men, Marius Dzimisevicius, 29, and Dimitrijus Indrisiunas, 44, admitted withholding information about the case.
All three men have been released on continuing bail to return to court on 25 May.

Second Lithuanian denies murder charges
A second Lithuanian man has appeared in Banbridge Magistrates Court charged with two counts of murder. The court heard that when charged, 21-year-old Vitalijus Sedovas, said that there had been mistake and he was not guilty. Mr Sedovas was remanded in custody to appear at Newry Magistrate's Court on October 23.
