Second Lithuanian denies murder charges
A second Lithuanian man has appeared in Banbridge Magistrates Court charged with two counts of murder.
The court heard that when charged, 21-year-old Vitalijus Sedovas, said that there had been mistake and he was not guilty.
Mr Sedovas was remanded in custody to appear at Newry Magistrate's Court on October 23.
The charges relate to the murders of two men whose bodies were found in undergrowth off the Mound Road in Warrenpoint in May of this year.
Another Lithuanian man has already been charged in connection with the murders. He appeared in court in September, but also denied the charges and was remanded in custody.
The bodies of two men were found stabbed and beaten to death near Warrenpoint golf course in May.

A Lithuanian man who appeared in court on Friday in connection to the murder of two fellow nationals in County Down in May has denied two charges of murder. Appearing before Newry Magistrates 19-year-old Julius Aguonis told the court that he was innocent on both counts.

Police launch murder inquiry in Moneymore
Police are appealing for information after a man was found dead in Co Londonderry. The 37-year-old man, who is of Asian origin, is believed to have been attacked at Rockview Park in Moneymore on Sunday. The man succumbed to severe head injuries on Tuesday. Two men have already appeared in court on Tuesday in connection with the incident.

Two men have appeared in court today charged with aggravated burglary. The men, Patrick Joseph Quinn, aged 17, from Whitecliff Parade, and Sean Paul Reid, 19, from Divismore Crescent, both Belfast, appeared before Belfast Magistrates Court in connection with an incident at Norfolk Drive in the west of the city on Monday. At around 12.

Extradited man denies murder
A 43-year-old Chinese man who was extradited from Hong Kong in connection with the death of a Chinese woman has denied murder. Wong Sui Ching appeared today at Belfast Magistrate’s Court charged with the murder of 29-year-old part-time waitress Ho Mi Ye. She had been found strangled at her home in Isoline Street in east Belfast in June 1998.

The 24-year-old Northern Bank employee who appeared in court to face charges in connection with last year's £26.5 million Northern Bank robbery in Belfast has been remanded in custody. Appearing at Laganside Magistrates' Court this morning, Chris Ward, 24, from west Belfast, spoke only to confirm he understood the charges.
