Understanding Data Workshop To Be Held For Banbridge Retail Businesses
A free workshop on helping retail businesses discover how to capture and understand their data is to be held in Banbridge.
The event is being hosted by Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council for retailers to identify and address opportunities in capturing and understanding their data.
The workshop will look at;
• using Google Analytics to understand retailing data
• using best practice customer mapping and usability tools to enhance customer experience
• finding and understanding data from social media channels
The event will take place between 9.30am – 12.30pm at Old Town Hall, Banbridge on Thursday, 10 May.
