The estate will be sold as one or five separate lots.
Gilford Castle spans 207 acres of land above the River Bann on the outskirts of Gilford village. It is also home to a former farm yard, sawmill and kennels.
The main site has a kitchen, hall, four reception rooms and six bedrooms. It also has two flats with seven bedrooms and three reception rooms between the two.
The farming element is a key feature of the estate, with 127 acres of productive farmland and a general-purpose farm building. There are 63 acres of woods.
The castle was last sold back in 1913 after being purchased by James F Wright.
It has been listed on the site of property agency Savills, who are expecting local and international interest to be very high.
