Knives And Knuckledusters Seized At Belfast International Airport
Weapons including knives, a stun gun and knuckledusters have been seized by officials at Belfast International Airport.
The majority of the items had been brought in by passengers returning from holidays from Bulgaria, Poland and the US.
John Oldham, Assistant Director Border Force North, said: "These types of weapons glamorise violence and can cause devastating damage - they have no place whatsoever in our society."
The passengers will either be given a warning or referred for further investigation.

Man With €180,000 Arrested At Belfast International Airport
A man has been arrested at Belfast International Airport after trying to board a flight to Spain with €180,000 in cash in his luggage. The 39-year-old Irish citizen was due to travel to Alicante on Wednesday, 09 May. The National Crime Agency has launched a money laundering investigation.

Passenger numbers rise at City of Derry
The City of Derry Airport has reported that the number of commercial passengers increased by almost 5,000 passengers or 3% over the past year. According to annual passenger statistics a total of 199,684 commercial passengers travelled to and from the airport during 2002, an increase of 4,904 than the previous year.
