Police Release E-Fit Image Of Jim Donegan Murder Suspect
Police have released an e-fit image of the suspect who gunned down a man outside a school in west Belfast.
Jim Donegan, 43, was brutally murdered in front of schoolchildren and parents on Tuesday 04 December 2018 as he waited in his car to collect his 13-year-old son on the Glen Road.
A 63-year-old man has also been arrested, while an ongoing search of an address continues.
Detective Chief Inspector Pete Montgomery from the PSNI's Major Investigation Team said: "I have released an Evofit image of what the suspected gunman may look like in the hope that someone may have seen this person who murdered Jim and put the lives of countless children at risk.
"I am appealing to the community to help me put this extremely dangerous individual behind bars."
Anyone who recognises the person depicted in the image or who has any information that could assist with the investigation is urged to contact 101 and ask for the detectives in Seapark investigating Jim Donegan's murder.
The reference number is CCS 741 of 04/12/18.
Contact can also be made via the independent charity Crimestoppers, which is a fully anonymous service, by calling 0800 555 111.

Man Dies After Bus Fall In Belfast
Detectives are investigating the death of an 80-year-old man who fell from a bus in Belfast. Police have said that they believe the man was travelling on a 2J Translink Metro bus service at around 11:15am on Friday, 08 November, when he suffered a fall as the bus travelled along Royal Avenue, near it's junction with North Street.

Man Extradited From Ireland To Face Serious Charges
A 33-year-old man has been extradited from Northern Ireland to the Republic of Ireland to face serious charges. The man is accused of assault causing harm, coercive control, contravention of a safety order, theft, and possession of a weapon. The alleged offences occurred in the Monaghan area between 2020 and 2021.
